About the Role

The Advertising Business Operations team serves to align strategy and execution by championing key initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and alignment within Netflix's Advertising business. Responsible for stewarding and operationalizing Netflix's advertising priorities, the team promotes cohesion across the commercial, operational, and technical aspects of the Ads program and Netflix. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with Ads domain experience to drive high-impact cross-functional programs, collaborating with product, sales, operations, legal, and finance teams globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple cross-functional programs that span product, sales, operations, legal, and finance teams.
  • Build and optimize frameworks and playbooks that enable our teams' programs to scale globally.
  • Build consensus and implement global workflows and processes with internal cross-functional partners.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with demonstrated expertise in delivering complex, highly ambiguous programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead change management and communications strategies for these initiatives.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance and track/ensure program and business impact.

Requirements

  • At least 10+ years of experience in the advertising industry, including 7+ years managing programs.
  • Deep expertise in the CTV and streaming advertising ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of driving complex initiatives in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience working with various finance teams to enhance processes and workflows in advertising.
  • Highly skilled in orchestrating multiple programs with many moving parts and creating partnerships with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and embrace differing perspectives to make better decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate, challenge assumptions, and implement improved approaches.
  • Ability to dive deep into details as well as understand the big picture.

  • Experience in the advertising domain with a focus on process and workflow enhancement.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with diverse teams.
