About the Role
Join the Dillard's Central Division Advertising and Sales Promotion Department in Little Rock, Arkansas, for a dynamic role in a fast-paced buying office environment. We are seeking a fashion-conscious individual with strong creativity and collaboration skills to work closely with the buying staff and the Creative Director. Candidates should possess a high degree of creativity with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced retail marketing environment along with the capacity to maintain flexibility, prioritize work and pivot quickly to alternate projects when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating marketing ideas between the buying staff and the advertising department
- Designing advertising materials
- Supporting store promotions
- Working alongside the Director of Special Events on major projects
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail, prioritization skills, and effective communication abilities
Requirements
- Strong creativity with a focus on results
- Good organizational skills for all aspects of the role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google platforms
- Positive and professional attitude with the ability to communicate effectively
- Flexibility and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced industry
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
