About the Role

The Principal Events Specialist at Pega is responsible for crafting and delivering compelling event messaging and content to showcase the company's technology and brand to a global audience. Joining the Event Marketing, Content, Innovation and Experience Team, this role involves working cross-functionally to develop cohesive storytelling through various events, leveraging AI tools, and staying current with industry trends to inspire and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally to craft event messaging and content that can be delivered over a wide portfolio of events to ensure brand and message consistency.
Work on all aspects of event marketing including, but not limited to, campaign development, messaging, digital, outbound all while leveraging AI to improve efficiency.
Project manage marketing deliverables with internal stakeholders and channel teams and provide insightful reporting on programs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and the use of AI tools in digital storytelling and content creation.

Requirements

A proven track record as a storyteller who crafts deep and insightful stories that resonate with audiences.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables, complex timelines, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, strategic, and a skilled project manager.
Eager to learn, comfortable working in the high-tech space, and able to think on your feet.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
Passion for understanding audience needs and delivering memorable, inspiring stories and assets.
