Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of experiential activations-both consumer-facing and industry-facing-ensuring all elements are aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Support project management efforts across cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of activations.
  • Maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and documentation to track key milestones and deliverables.
  • Lead the collection, organization, and analysis of performance data from experiential programs and partnerships (e.g., engagement metrics, ROI, post-event surveys).
  • Translate data into actionable insights and develop recap reports that inform future activations and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and synthesize industry trends, competitive activities, and cultural insights to inform strategy and inspire new ideas.
  • Contribute to the development of creative briefs, partner proposals, and presentation materials to support stakeholder alignment and agency direction.
  • Assist in evaluating partnership and sponsorship opportunities through research and data-backed recommendations.
  • Help manage the activation calendar and internal reporting tools to maintain visibility of upcoming events and results.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across marketing, culinary, sales, brand, and agency partners to ensure seamless integration of experiential marketing into broader initiatives.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners to ensure clear communication, alignment, and executional excellence.
  • Support administrative needs for the team, including budget tracking, invoicing, and logistics coordination as needed.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand marketing, event coordination, or partnerships-ideally in food, hospitality, or lifestyle-focused industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience gathering and interpreting marketing data to support business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel required.
  • Familiarity with marketing and event metrics, project management tools, and digital collaboration platforms a plus.
  • Passion for food, culture, and creating meaningful brand experiences.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for activations and events (approx. 5-10 times per year).
