Principal, Global Event Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing strategies developed by Solutions Marketing and Regional Field Marketing teams, including participation in trade shows, conferences, webinars, and supporting Corporate Communications events.
• Partner with Solutions Marketing managers to execute event plans from start to finish, including coordinating logistics, securing sponsorships, supporting booth messaging and graphics, managing printed collateral, organizing pre-event promotional assets, tracking ROI, and managing purchase orders and contracts.
• Maintain detailed project timelines, status reports, and budgets; communicate requirements, updates, and deadlines to stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage relationships with tradeshow vendors, ensuring assets meet specifications and are delivered on time.
• Develop and document best practices to improve event execution efficiency and maintain a centralized events calendar.
• Support a globally aligned approach by partnering with regional teams to establish priorities, communicate the event roadmap, define themes, and set measurable goals.
• Coordinate global tradeshow participation, support regional event delivery, ensure messaging consistency, and consolidate vendor relationships for cost efficiency.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in marketing is strongly preferred.
• 8 or more years of experience in planning and organizing events and developing brand communications.
• Experience in B2B marketing and semiconductors is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with experience working on complex projects in enterprise systems.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through on multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including writing, editing, and verbal communication.
• Experience working in a team environment with strong collaboration skills.
• Background managing relationships with external vendors.
• Budget management and tracking skills.
• CRM experience (HubSpot and/or Salesforce preferred).
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.
• Critical thinker and problem solver with a calm demeanor.
