Agency Marketing Senior Consultant II- REMOTE

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively apply segmentation and targeting, utilize quantitative and qualitative measurement analysis to optimize efficiency and drive desired results.
• Incorporate functional expertise in marketing strategy to consult with agency owners and/or Field Sales Leadership to advise & influence development of local marketing plans to generate profitable market share growth.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of execution plans for national and local marketing programs to achieve agency engagement benchmarks.
• Contribute to adoption and utilization of provided CRM system to support consultation measurement.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and agile strategies to identify gaps and recommend innovative solutions / systems to support strategic business unit objectives.
• Engage in continuous personal development and skill building.
• Communicate and deliver education content supporting the achievement of desired results and improving marketing program performance.

Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred).
• Skills in Business Support, Channels Marketing, Excel, Marketing, Marketing Strategies, Microsoft PowerPoint, Results Analysis, Strategic Collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Experience in agency marketing or related fields.
• Experience with CRM systems and agile strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing strategy and agency engagement.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and analysis.

Benefits & Perks

• Base compensation offered is $70,500-$112,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• Total compensation includes incentive pay such as commission or bonus as applicable.
