About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively apply segmentation and targeting, utilize quantitative and qualitative measurement analysis to optimize efficiency and drive desired results.
• Incorporate functional expertise in marketing strategy to consult with agency owners and Field Sales Leadership, advising and influencing the development of local marketing plans.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of execution plans for national and local marketing programs to achieve agency engagement benchmarks.
• Support the adoption and utilization of CRM systems to measure consultation effectiveness.
• Participate in continuous improvement and agile strategies to identify gaps and recommend innovative solutions or systems.
• Engage in continuous personal development and skill building.
• Communicate and deliver educational content to support the achievement of desired results and improve marketing program performance.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in marketing or related fields.
• Ability to apply segmentation, targeting, and measurement analysis.
• Proficiency with business support tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing strategies.
• Strong results analysis and strategic collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting marketing programs and utilizing CRM systems is advantageous.

• Experience with marketing channels and strategies.
• Familiarity with agile strategies and continuous improvement processes.

Benefits & Perks

• Base compensation ranging from $70,500 to $112,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• Additional incentive pay such as commissions or bonuses.
