About the Role

Appodeal is a dynamic US-based product company with a truly global presence, including offices in Warsaw, Barcelona, and Virginia, along with remote team members worldwide. The role offers an opportunity to work directly with the CEO of a technical startup at a global scale, focusing on AI, digital advertising, human potential, and mobile gaming. The position involves designing, building, and implementing automations to scale the business and transform team workflows, with a focus on AI-driven solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with the CEO to design, build, and implement AI-powered automations across the company.
Build automations with platforms such as n8n, Pipedream, Zapier, Make, or similar workflow automation tools.
Implement projects including tracking and reporting non-L10 meetings, delivering personalized automated feedback, integrating wearables like Garmin with ChatGPT/Claude, automating log transfers to Google Drive, and connecting OKRs to AI systems for real-time tracking.
Prepare executive summaries for the CEO with insights and outcomes.
Document processes, ensure adoption, and train teams on automation tools and workflows.
Work independently from concept to execution, driving projects with minimal follow-up.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Pipedream, Zapier, Make, or similar.
Basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript.
Comfort working with APIs, REST, and webhooks.
Experience automating tasks within Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Apps Script).
Analytical problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, including preparing clear executive summaries.
Ability to follow company OKR frameworks and standards.
Self-driven with a bias for action.
Passionate about AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
Curious and independent learner who thrives with little oversight.
Entrepreneurial and fast-moving mindset, comfortable iterating and learning quickly.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Nice to Have

Experience working directly with executive leadership.
Familiarity with digital advertising, mobile gaming, or human potential sectors.

Qualifications

Experience with workflow automation tools.
Basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript.
