About the Role

As a machine learning engineer on our team, you'll train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data. You will own and define the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies. Collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and subject matter experts, you'll deliver world-class solutions to process data and provide near real-time analysis. This role involves supporting the next generation of systems and solving real-world challenges through ML strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Train, test, deploy, and maintain machine learning models that learn from data.
Own and define the direction of mission-critical ML solutions by applying appropriate algorithms and technologies.
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and subject matter experts to deliver solutions.
Guide clients in navigating the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.
Support the development of natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLM), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) enabled solutions.
Work with API services for serving NLP and analytical models, including Flask or Fast API.
Apply best practices in ML to solve real-world challenges and define ML strategies.

Requirements

Experience in AI, Python programming, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, MXNet, TensorFlow, or Keras.
Experience working with big data technologies including Hive, PySpark, Synapse, or Databricks.
Experience developing NLP, LLM, and RAG-enabled solutions.
Experience working with API services for serving models, such as Flask or Fast API.
Experience with DevOps tools like Docker, K8s, or Gitlab CI/CD.
Knowledge of AI-enabled systems and AI concepts such as clustering, regression, algorithm selection, and evaluation.
Ability to address unbounded technical issues and problem-solve.
Bachelor's degree.

Nice to Have

Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end web frameworks.
Experience with AWS or Azure AI/ML services such as Bedrock and Sagemaker.
Experience working in enterprise systems.
Experience with Data Operations, including analytics, engineering, or platform.
Knowledge of deploying ML models into production.
Ability to evaluate algorithm performance.
Security, Cloud, Software Development, AI/ML, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or NLP certifications.
