About the Role

Loyal Source is seeking a visionary and technically skilled AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable AI solutions across the enterprise. The role involves defining AI architecture strategy, selecting appropriate technologies, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, enabling innovation through AI-driven platforms and services. Loyal Source is an Orlando-based workforce solutions provider dedicated to delivering elite services worldwide, with a focus in government healthcare, technical and support services, engineering, and travel healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the enterprise AI architecture roadmap aligned with business goals.
Identify AI opportunities across departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations) and define scalable solutions.
Lead AI readiness assessments, use case identification, and roadmap development.
Design end-to-end AI/ML pipelines including data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Select and implement AI frameworks, tools, and platforms (e.g., AWS/GCP, MLOps, LLMs, LangChain).
Ensure AI systems are secure, compliant, and optimized for performance and scalability.
Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions that meet enterprise needs.
Establish best practices for AI model lifecycle management, versioning, and explainability.
Contribute to AI governance, including ethical AI practices, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and vendors for strategic fit and innovation potential.
Support AI-driven transformation initiatives such as intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and generative AI.
Mentor teams on AI architecture principles and foster a culture of experimentation and learning.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture or enterprise data platforms.
Deep expertise in cloud-native AI infrastructure (AWS/GCP), distributed systems, and MLOps.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of data governance, model explainability, and responsible AI practices.

Nice to Have

Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and agentic systems (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA).
Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Workday, Salesforce, and Bullhorn.
Background in healthcare, staffing, or enterprise SaaS environments.

Qualifications

Educational background in Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering, or related fields.
