AI Automation & Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows using n8n to streamline processes like lead generation, email sequences, data syncing, and CRM integrations.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, content) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Create visually appealing assets including social media graphics, ad creatives, landing pages, and branding materials using tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or Figma.
• Build and optimize sales funnels from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversions, using platforms like ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or custom solutions.
• Track performance metrics, A/B test campaigns, and iterate on strategies to maximize ROI.
• Work closely with the team to align automation and marketing efforts with business goals, and stay ahead of trends in AI and digital marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience with n8n for workflow automation (portfolio or examples required).
• 2+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in campaign management and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Expertise in building and optimizing sales funnels that deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI tools beyond n8n (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, or custom scripts).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and video editing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
