AI Content Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize and train AI tools to generate blog posts, FAQ, and product content on various home security topics.
• Edit and refine AI-generated content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, spelling, and adherence to our specific style guide.
• Fact-check and verify information within AI-generated content to ensure technical accuracy regarding our products and services.
• Identify and correct errors, omissions, and inconsistencies in content.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand content needs and upcoming initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content.
• Manage a high volume of content production while maintaining strict quality control.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
• Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Familiarity with AI content generation tools (experience training AI is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with SEO best practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of the home security industry is an advantage, but not required.
