The position can also sit in our HQ in Philadelphia, with the requirement that candidates are based in the US and can work continental US hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Build scrappy proofs-of-concept that use LLMs to speed up SEO, paid, and analytics workflows, including classification, SERP analysis, and ad creative iteration.
- Bring ideas from prompt to prototype, then to repeatable steps.
- Pair with strategists to analyze how AI surfaces affect visibility and traffic, and summarize findings for client narratives.
- Run competitor and landscape analyses using Seer's AI playbooks.
- Turn working prototypes into mini-tools and playbooks, such as prompt libraries, evaluation checklists, and SOPs.
- Contribute to internal enablement activities like brown bags, quickstart docs, and Loom demos.
- Join AI Council shares, readouts, and testing sprints; help keep internal resources updated.
- Experiment responsibly, measure impact, and ship useful tools that improve team and client outcomes.
Requirements
- Prompt and context engineering in custom GPTs, Claude projects, and/or Gemini Gems.
- Comfortable with Python, SQL/BigQuery, Apps Script, or no-code/low-code automations (n8n/Make/Zapier).
- Basic understanding of SEO or Paid Media concepts such as SERP features, keywords, and ad variants.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's in a relevant field (AI, CS, Data, Stats, Marketing, Info Systems, etc.) or equivalent self-taught/bootcamp portfolio.
- Availability to work part-time (~12-20 hours per week) and in our Philly HQ 2 days a week, preferably Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Able to communicate clearly and demo prototypes effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with APIs (OpenAI, Google, Meta), embeddings/vector search, or lightweight front-end development (Streamlit/Flask).
Qualifications
- Pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent self-taught/bootcamp experience.
