Key Responsibilities

Be a partner providing influence in stakeholder relations through their immediate core team, defining delivery timelines, directing the core team's activities, tracking performance and maintaining the team's alignment with other relevant programs and product portfolio goals.
Communicate across the core team, consistently reporting status, risks, and issues, and enforce roles and standards across team members.
Provide leadership for short-to-mid-range product development planning and serve as a business and technical product expert.
Prepare product requirements documents (PRD) and identify product improvement opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead efforts to prioritize and accelerate time to market, solve challenges impacting product development, and plan and accomplish goals using experience and high-level business relationships.
Draft communication plans for each product development initiative, communicate program status frequently, run structured meetings, and make presentations to convey messages effectively.
Define and drive projects from concept through launch, conduct project scoping and impact assessments, lead day-to-day project activities, and manage accurate and complete project deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience.
Legal authorization to work in the US; no sponsorship for visas.
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years experience in program management, team and stakeholder leadership, status reporting, and risk management.

Nice to Have

Master's degree.
Cloud Certification - AWS, Microsoft/Azure, Google Cloud.
Certification in Agile, PMP, or SAFe/Scrum methodologies.
Comfort with Jira Align.
Public knowledge of Rockwell services.

Qualifications

Experience in program management, stakeholder leadership, status reporting, risk management.
Experience with cloud certifications and Agile methodologies is preferred.
