Key Responsibilities

Drive the development of innovative capabilities that enhance productivity, streamline meeting preparation and outcomes, and harness the power of AI to elevate the user experience.
Uncover gaps in existing workflows, analyze market trends, and define a strategic roadmap to enhance collaboration features.
Work closely with enterprise customers and partners to understand their pain points and enhance the Webex Suite offering.
Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and data-driven decision-making to guide product development.
Define and prioritize product features based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
Collaborate with design and engineering to build and launch high-quality products.
Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and growth.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, including go-to-market strategies and post-launch iterations.

Requirements

Bachelors degree plus 5+ years or Masters (MBA) plus 3+ years in Consulting, Product management, or engineering.
4+ years of Product Management experience.
Proven experience using AI tools and technologies.

Nice to Have

Background in B2B SaaS environment, with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into intuitive, high-impact experiences that support business growth.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams.
Experience with enterprise software applications or video/communication platforms.
Ability to work independently, communicating across multiple time zones.
