Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of innovative capabilities that enhance productivity, streamline meeting preparation and outcomes, and harness the power of AI to elevate the user experience.
  • Uncover gaps in existing workflows, analyze market trends, and define a strategic roadmap to enhance collaboration features.
  • Work closely with enterprise customers and partners to understand their pain points and enhance the Webex Suite offering.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and data-driven decision-making to guide product development.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to build and launch high-quality products.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and growth.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, including go-to-market strategies and post-launch iterations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree plus 5+ years or Masters (MBA) plus 3+ years in Consulting, Product management, or engineering.
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Proven experience using AI tools and technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Background in B2B SaaS environment, with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into intuitive, high-impact experiences that support business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Experience with enterprise software applications or video/communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, communicating across multiple time zones.
