About the Role

The AI Product Manager GTM at Palo Alto Networks is a strategic role focused on leading the transformation of sales and partner workflows through the application of Artificial Intelligence. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead AI Transformation: Architect and champion a strategy for leveraging AI to create more intelligent and efficient sales and partner workflows. Identify high-impact opportunities, design innovative solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to deployment.
  • Drive Solution Delivery: Partner closely with data science, engineering, architecture, and business teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to deliver cutting-edge AI features, ensuring technical solutions address real-world business problems.
  • Develop into a Product Leader: Manage a product roadmap, define success metrics (KPIs), and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle in partnership with senior leaders.
  • Act as an AI Evangelist: Serve as the subject matter expert on applying AI to quote-to-cash and partner processes, educate stakeholders, and influence the long-term vision for sales technology.

Requirements

  • Must be in the SF Bay Area to be onsite.
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on automating or transforming business workflows using AI, Machine Learning, or related technologies.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in roles such as Technical Product Manager, AI Strategist, Solutions Architect, or similar technical leadership positions involving technology-led business change.
  • Deep understanding of translating business challenges into technical AI solutions and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interest and aptitude in learning Product Management principles and sales technology stacks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter with an owner's mindset, results-driven attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical field like Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales processes (like Quote-to-Cash) or platforms such as Salesforce and CPQ is a plus, but not required.
