About the Role

Lead product management for retail bank marketing operations, transforming complex data into actionable tools, influencing strategy, and mentoring teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing, blended team of data analysts and product managers, owning the vision and execution of marketing performance data products.
  • Transform vast, complex datasets into intuitive, actionable reporting tools that influence multi-million dollar marketing investments.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including defining the strategic roadmap and gathering stakeholder requirements.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of robust data infrastructure that powers marketing data products.
  • Influence executive-level strategy through building world-class data products and reports.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and analytical rigor within the team.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership principles.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (such as Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, etc.) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration, with an expectation to obtain the degree by the start date.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products is preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing the full product lifecycle and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Deep technical data expertise and ability to mentor teams.
