About the Role

This is a Hybrid opportunity out of our Texas office at 100 Throckmorton Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Should an identified candidate reside in Georgia, the office location is 5565 Glenridge Connector NE, Atlanta, GA 30342, with an expectation of monthly travel to the Fort Worth location. Key Responsibilities

  • Innovate, inspire, coach, and rally teams across cross-functional departments.
  • Turn bold product visions and ideas into realities.
  • Accountable for the Small to Mid-Market Businesses product portfolio including vision, innovation, and delivery.
  • Ensure the product portfolio is profitable and supports the overall business strategy.
  • Define and set KPIs and annual goals, financial and non-financial, across the portfolio and drive performance and profitability.
  • Drive growth while ensuring the product portfolio delivers value in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Define the portfolio vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Balance investment of money, time, and people in short-term tactical product improvements with long-term strategic investments to maximize ROI.
  • Lead the launch and support of products, collaborate with cross-functional teams like Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
  • Own the product portfolio and each product across the full lifecycle and end-to-end experience.
  • Understand and share insights about the customer and market through research, feedback, and market analysis.
  • Build and utilize a voice of customer program to evaluate product performance and gather insights.
  • Recruit, nurture, and develop a high-performing Product Management team.
  • Deliver thought leadership within the organization and externally, engaging high-profile clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10 years of product management experience; OR Master's Degree AND 8 years of product management experience.
  • 7 years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience leading a portfolio of products across a lifecycle, including conceptualizing, launching, and maintaining products.
  • Advanced knowledge of payments and fintech industries and products.
  • Familiarity with business management, product marketing, design/UX, and agile technology processes.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Deep knowledge of current product management and innovation methodologies, best practices, and design thinking.
  • Strong business acumen, including market analysis, business cases, and P&Ls.
  • Creative problem solver capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions.
  • Excellent facilitative leadership skills to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience managing a high-performing team and cultivating a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated agile leadership competencies with expertise, grit, growth mindset, and ownership.
  • Technical know-how and expertise to engage, influence, and challenge technology directions.
  • Experience working within an innovation team or enterprise product team for a larger company.
  • Experience with primary customer research, market research, and translating insights into products.
  • Press training to represent the company externally to investors, press, and analysts.
