We are seeking three Senior IT Product Owners that will support Trade Promotions, Salesforce, and Marketing. As a Senior IT Product Owner, you'll collaborate closely with experienced product managers and cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market needs. Leveraging your strong analytical skills and passion for technology, you'll assist in gathering market insights, conducting user research, and prioritizing features to drive product development and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements, including current and future state process maps.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining the product roadmap, defining features, and release timelines based on business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and execution of product initiatives.
  • Help prioritize features and enhancements based on their impact on user experience, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and release notes.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of product features to ensure quality standards and user expectations are met.
  • Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement by gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on product features.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product management.
  • Provide support to customer-facing teams, including responding to inquiries, addressing issues, and assisting with training and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with product management peers and team members, sharing knowledge and insights.
  • Communicate effectively and present to senior leadership, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to their professional growth.
  • Understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations.
  • Perform other job-related duties that align with the organization's vision, mission, and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant or practical experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Agile Product & Waterfall methodology.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex ideas and influence audiences.
  • Analytical skills for diagnosing and solving issues.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle responsibilities.
  • Experience or knowledge in Trade Promotion Management, Trade Finance/Accounting, Revenue Management, or Sales Analysis.
  • Experience or knowledge in CRM or Salesforce, IT Product Management, Roadmapping, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience or knowledge in Marketing operations, Digital Marketing, Adobe, Web Development, Website Administration.
  • Decision-making skills based on value and impact.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Relevant IT Certifications.

Qualifications

  • Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
