About the Role

The AI Solutions Architect is a strategic, project-based role focused on integrating AI tools into HR operations and beyond. The position involves designing and deploying AI solutions to improve decision-making, build internal tools and bots, and partner with HR and business leaders to translate strategy into intelligent automation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR, data, and emerging technology, aiming to make AI impactful and responsible for organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy AI solutions that streamline decision-making and reduce manual work
Build internal tools and bots that support onboarding, workforce planning, and performance management
Partner with HR and business leaders to translate strategy into intelligent automation
Help shape the AI roadmap, starting with a Copilot-based HR assistant for employee questions

Requirements

Strong experience in AI/ML solution design, business process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI), Microsoft 365 tools, and prompt engineering
Strategic thinking with the ability to connect data, technology, and human impact
A passion for empowering people teams through innovation and automation
