About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Envision 'the art of the possible' with AI, transforming abstract concepts into tangible solutions for clients.
• Develop and showcase demonstrations and prototypes that address real-world challenges, ensuring clients see practical AI applications.
• Create repeatable industry solution accelerators through experimentation and prototyping iteration.
• Lead the design and development of end-to-end AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create AI-enabled solutions for repeatable business problems and develop functional prototypes.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure smooth implementation of AI/ML models into production systems.
• Establish best practices in AI governance principles, ensuring ethical use, transparency, and risk management.
• Identify new AI technologies or methodologies to enhance processes or solve challenges.
• Pursue business development opportunities and strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
• Lead and mentor teams, conduct performance appraisals, and foster a positive team culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 9+ years of experience designing and deploying technology projects involving advanced analytics or machine learning models.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence technology experimentation, prototyping, and deployment.
• Experience with cloud services and infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in programming languages for AI development, including Python.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled prototypes, demonstrations, and solutioning for real-world business problems.
• Experience collaborating with data scientists and engineers to implement AI/ML models.
• Understanding of AI governance principles, ethical use, and risk management.
• Leadership and supervisory experience, including mentoring and team coordination.
• Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect are preferred.

Qualifications
