Analyst, Business Intelligence

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and automated reports using Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence), SAP Crystal Reports, and SAP BusinessObjects
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into meaningful data solutions
• Monitor ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure timely and accurate data availability
• Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements
• Replace offline/manual reporting with scalable, real-time insights
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems
• Maintain documentation for processes, validations, and reporting tools
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Support system upgrades as they relate to reporting and analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/specialized training
• 2+ years of experience with relational databases and strong knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language)
• Proven experience with reporting tools like Power BI (Business Intelligence), Crystal Reports (2020 or later), and SAP BusinessObjects
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently
