About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing, you will leverage data and analytics to facilitate fact-based decision-making across Cole Haan's CRM, Membership, and Consumer Insights disciplines. The role will be deeply engaged with Cole Haan's existing consumer data while designing next-generation consumer engagement models and analyzing performance to provide actionable insights for email and SMS programs. Curious and creative self-starters who love data will be highly successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Study customer behavior across Cole Haan's digital and brick-and-mortar retail channels to identify actionable business opportunities to increase customer lifetime value, engagement with CRM channels (email, SMS, direct mail), customer retention and reactivation
  • Closely collaborate with lifecycle marketing team to activate growth opportunities in owned channels and evolve the CRM strategy at Cole Haan
  • Build and maintain consumer segmentation models and targeted audiences for email, SMS, digital, and direct mail marketing campaigns based on observed behavior and predicted outcomes
  • Manage data flows across consumer insight and activation platforms, including CRM (Aptos), data warehouse (Snowflake, Tableau), and CRM activation platforms (Cordial, Attentive)
  • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau to support decision making and disseminate information and insights across the organization
  • Participate in the design, execution, and evaluation of A/B and multivariate testing for CRM initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to champion new technologies and develop new concepts for Cole Haan, which can enhance loyalty and drive growth of our most valuable customers segments

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CRM/consumer analytics experience
  • Experience in Retail/Apparel/Footwear/Fashion
  • Deep understanding of CRM and omnichannel needs in retail
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel; R and/or Python a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including influence and leader engagement
  • Experience with CRM databases and CDP tools preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau or other data analysis/visualization tools required
