As an Analyst II on the Lottery Analytics team, you'll work with the revenue operations team to define promotional strategy, develop customer segmentation, and provide insights to improve engagement and product offerings through automation and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop testing frameworks to evaluate promotional effectiveness within specific user segments and advise on future iterations.
Perform deep-dive analyses and operationalize insights that stakeholders on the revenue operations team can utilize to drive engagement.
Leverage data and industry knowledge to identify areas of opportunity and enhance the lottery product for customers.
Develop automated tools and dashboards that help stakeholders understand the impact of promotions and products.
Create and propagate business intelligence reports, dashboards, presentations, and analyses.
Support the retention team through tactical development and implementation of customer attributes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline; or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of business analytics experience, preferably with exposure to the technology, consulting, or e-commerce industries.
Proficiency in SQL/Snowflake and Excel/Google Sheets, or an eagerness to learn quickly.
Experience with Tableau, or similar data visualization tools like PowerBI, Looker, or Periscope Data.
A demonstrated history of developing new insights from data.

Qualifications

Relevant educational background or equivalent experience.
Experience in business analytics, technology, consulting, or e-commerce industries.

Benefits & Perks

US base salary range of $76,800 to $96,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
Guidance through the process of obtaining a gaming license if required.
