The Analytics team at Zenith seeks passionate individuals with a love for emerging tech and media, a strong data storytelling ability, and prior experience in digital media analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull and arrange data from a multitude of sources to feed business-improving insights.
  • Build thoughtful presentations and reports that bring the story of the data to clients.
  • Work closely with Managers or Senior Analysts to learn efficient data wrangling techniques.
  • Develop skills to become full-fledged storytellers by translating data into compelling narratives.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S., preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing/Advertising or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience working with large data sets or conducting quantitative analysis.
  • Knowledge of Digital Media, Marketing/Advertising industries highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience working with relational databases and at least one programming language (SQL, Python, R, SAS).
  • Familiarity with online and offline media channels such as TV, OTT, Social, Direct, and Programmatic Digital.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to speak and write professionally.
  • Ability to present complex ideas simply to multiple audiences internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including working with macros, advanced formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Knowledge of digital media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPM, etc.).
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Nice to Have

  • Agency experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing/Advertising, or related fields.
  • Experience with large data sets and quantitative analysis.
