Analyst, Sales Intelligence - North America

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data and Sales Analysts to ensure reporting tools and dashboards (eg. Salesforce/Power BI) are optimized and continuously improved to meet multiple stakeholder needs, through Channel, Customer and Business Unit (BU) (ie. Potato & Appetizer) lens.
• Work with Channel stakeholders to establish relevant reporting and dashboarding of metrics against channel priorities, to drive ability to generate insights and intelligence.
• Lead collection, cleansing, build out and management of provisions of sales performance data (McCain internal and customer).
• Build and configure tool and platform solutions for each Channel and Customer grouping using existing and future-ready technologies (eg. Salesforce/ PowerBI).
• Explore integration of other relevant platforms, in line with North America IS Strategy, to bring a holistic view to performance and business decision making across commercial sphere.
• Provide accessible tools and mechanisms to provide data visibility and interpretation (visual, usable, fit for purpose) that can shape business actions at Channel, BU or Customer level.
• Collaborate and advocate Commercial requirements with North America and Global IS and Technology teams to ensure integrated solutions at all levels that meet business operational needs.
• Adhere to commercial controls and processes across sales execution in market, ensuring an integrated and coordinated approach across all commercial processes.

Requirements

• University Graduate required, ideally in a Data or Technology discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years solid data and technology experience.
• Experience working in commercial or technology division of a global organization.
• Data literate - able to interpret and translate the needs for data use to enable valuable insights for business actions.
• Strong acumen with platforms and tools to be leveraged across the commercial execution, such as Power BI and Salesforce.
• Ability to influence at all levels.
• Resilient - able to absorb and adapt to a changing environment.
• Ability to interpret strategy into action and execution.
• Team Player - able to quickly connect and establish relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and an ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in industry specific data platforms such as Technomics, Circana, and Supply Trac.
• Prior work experience in the food industry.
• Technical capability with platforms and tools to be leveraged across the commercial execution.

Qualifications

• University Graduate, ideally in a Data or Technology discipline.
