Analytics Senior Manager - Global Ops DAR

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop teams of individual contributors and/or managers to enhance business management and execute on key initiatives and processes
• Determine appropriate strategy to plan, coordinate, and execute data research projects or results oriented intelligence that support the business
• Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers to provide strategic consultation
• Ensure adherence to data management and data governance regulations, and policies and compliance requirements
• Determine appropriate strategy and actions of team to develop policies, approval or denial strategies, business line assignment methods, collections, and recovery strategies
• Interpret and develop compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives for external agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry forums
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Requirements

• 6+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience
• Experience working with Contact Center analytics
• Experience aligning analytics initiatives with organizational goals
• Strong ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Machine Learning concepts, etc.), knowledge of statistical methods, and predictive modeling
• Strong execution bias with excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to lead high performing analytics teams
• Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal relationships
• Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in listed locations
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
