About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Android Developer for a hybrid position based in Wisconsin. This role requires strong mobile development expertise, with a focus on creating scalable, user-friendly Android applications for enterprise use.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies, tools, and trends.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into Android applications.

Requirements

8+ years of Android development experience.
Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
Solid understanding of the Android SDK, Material Design, and UI/UX standards.
Experience with Android Jetpack components, MVVM/MVP architecture, and dependency injection (e.g., Dagger/Hilt).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and offline storage solutions.
Proficient with Git, Gradle, and mobile CI/CD practices.
Strong debugging, testing, and performance tuning skills.
