About the Role

Apple Advertising Platforms is seeking a Campaign Execution Manager to oversee and support the end-to-end process for digital advertising campaigns. The role involves managing teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring efficient campaign setup, content review, trafficking, QA, and policy enforcement. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the end-to-end process for digital campaigns, including content review, campaign and asset trafficking, and quality assurance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of specialists, delegating work to meet business demands.
  • Collaborate with Business, Sales, and Operations teams to optimize workflows and increase team efficiencies.
  • Assist with collecting performance reports to ensure accurate data of campaigns.
  • Evaluate and address policy enforcement by thinking both quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Identify and report issues, patterns, and trends on the platform.
  • Quickly learn and utilize internal tools to review and moderate content on the platform.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop innovative solutions to maximize content moderation efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience, including building and leading successful teams.
  • Management experience within an Operations or Account Management organization.
  • Experience in trafficking display and other interactive ad formats.
  • Experience with advertising ad servers and OMS systems (e.g., FreeWheel, Operative, GAM).
  • Proven detailed comprehension of digital campaign processes.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use internal tools for content review and moderation.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Familiarity with Apple products and services, especially MacOS and iOS.
  • Experience delivering insights and optimizations based on reporting.
  • Understanding of the advertising marketplace, vendors, and third-party technologies.

Qualifications

  • Management experience of 5+ years leading successful teams.
  • Experience in operations or account management within digital advertising.
  • Experience with ad trafficking and ad server/OMS systems.
