About the Role

As the Manager of Digital Marketing, you will play a key role on the Property Management team, specifically supporting the Field Marketing function. In this position, you will oversee and enhance our centers' digital and social media presence by developing and executing comprehensive social media and email strategies, establishing influencer partnerships, and managing consistent digital content quality and content accuracy across various platforms. This role involves close collaboration with Corporate Marketing to align digital and social initiatives with the centers' five-year plans and foundational programming as well as prioritizing depth and content by center groupings.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute tailored social media editorial plans for each center, ensuring alignment with the overall portfolio strategy and addressing the unique needs of each location.
Oversee the centers' email programs by crafting compelling copy, selecting appropriate imagery, and customizing content to reflect each center's 5-year plans and strategic goals.
Regularly audit property websites to ensure priority programming and tenants are highlighted, ensuring content is current and engaging.
Design and implement influencer engagement plans for each center, collaborating with internal and external partners to support foundational programming and long-term objectives.
Develop engaging social media posts—including text, images, and videos—and manage their publication across appropriate platforms to maintain a consistent and dynamic online presence.
Work closely with Property Marketing Managers and the corporate marketing team to formulate annual social media and digital strategies, including contributing to content creation that resonates across the entire portfolio.
Maintain a regularly updated library of resources, analytic reports, and training materials for company-wide access.
Produce reporting to showcase digital metrics and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media and email management, execution, and content creation.
Experience with website content management systems and email marketing tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and email marketing strategies.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze digital metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and ROI.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Proficient with social media, email, and website management tools, including Meta marketing tools.
Experience with Sprinklr, Dotdigital, Monday.com, Meta Business Suite, Photoshop, and video editing is a plus.

Experience with video editing.
