About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and status overall progress against plans including testing, deployment checklists, milestones, upgrades, environment refreshes, dress rehearsals, and cutover activities.
• Coordinate and support checkpoint calls, notes, and ad-hoc requests related to project activities.
• Support domestic and international ledgers and regulatory reporting activities.
• Work flexible shifts including AM or PM and support weekend activities.
• Communicate effectively through excellent verbal and written skills, including presentation skills and knowledge of Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office (Projects, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work flexible shifts including AM, PM, and weekends.
• Strong coordination and monitoring skills for project activities.
• Entry-level experience or motivation to support control room coordination activities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management tools or coordination roles.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting processes.
• Previous experience in a control room or monitoring environment.
