Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively as part of a sales team to design solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements and expectations.
  • Build and grow relationships to help customers accomplish their business outcomes.
  • Capture technical and business requirements to create winning proposals in conjunction with sales, services, and support teams.
  • Lead product discussions, demonstrations, and proof of concepts with customers to showcase the simplicity and value of NetApp solutions.
  • Leverage shared technical personnel to drive successful implementation of NetApp solutions, deepen relationships, and improve understanding of NetApp's products and services.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on complementary and competitive technologies.
  • Understand financial and operational requirements to create ROI models that meet customer needs.
  • Navigate sales campaigns proactively, cultivate customer relationships, and respond to customer needs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of related experience in an SE, SA, or related role.
  • Ability to travel within the area/market on a regular basis (local commuting from residence).
  • Successfully capture technical and business requirements to create proposals.
  • Lead product discussions, demonstrations, and proof of concepts with customers.
  • Effectively leverage technical personnel to implement solutions and build relationships.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on complementary and competitive technologies.
  • Understand financial and operational requirements to create ROI models.
  • Bachelor's degree or additional years of experience.
