About the Role

As a member of the Solution Consulting team at ServiceNow, you will support Solution Sales by guiding revenue for specific products through technical expertise and collaboration with sales, product management, and leadership. This role involves hands-on solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles, contributing to the company's success in providing innovative AI-enhanced cloud solutions that connect people, systems, and processes to empower organizations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and align solutions accordingly.
  • Provide product demonstrations and answer technical questions from customers, channel partners, and colleagues.
  • Develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving sales goals.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency.
  • Provide feedback to product management regarding product enhancements to meet customer needs.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in a product-specific area.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and guiding sales execution.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
