Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the Company's sales strategies and support achievement of established sales quota.
  • Use industry knowledge and best practices, coupled with knowledge of Verint's solutions, to secure new business and differentiate from competitors.
  • Collaborate with account executives and pre-sales consultants to develop winning propositions and sales strategies for new license opportunities.
  • Conduct customer/prospect discovery sessions, executive meetings, business case creation (including ROI), strategy sessions, roadmap workshops, and review meetings to gather knowledge and secure additional business.
  • Deliver compelling customer demonstrations showcasing solution capabilities and ROI based on customer requirements.
  • Generate detailed business reports and action plans identifying operational and business process strengths and weaknesses, highlighting where Verint can offer operational excellence and business advantage.
  • Work with customers and sales teams to develop appropriate solution bill of material to ensure customer satisfaction and value.
  • Provide feedback on product functionality, consulting services, training, sales collateral, demo content, and messaging to improve offerings.
  • Ensure continuity during handoff to services to meet customer expectations.
  • Mentor and transfer solution selling skills to the sales team, serving as a role model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience within a business consultancy team.
  • 5+ years of experience in a consulting or presales role with a successful track record in complex enterprise software solution selling.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences, including technical and executive levels.
  • Ability to demonstrate software solutions to executive audiences and create compelling, value-based presentations.
  • Strong understanding of business challenges and ability to translate them into process recommendations and ROI proposals.
  • Experience working with customers and collaborating with sales teams to complete complex product sales.
  • Ability to explain technology concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Creative, energetic presentation style with strong listening skills.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interface with all management levels.
  • Willingness to travel 50-60%.
  • Ability to pass background screening and obtain necessary travel credit line.

Nice to Have

  • 5+ years presales experience selling enterprise software solutions in Workforce Optimization, Customer Analytics, Engagement Management.
  • Deep knowledge of workforce optimization.
  • Familiarity with Verint products and detailed knowledge of application recording, analytics, employee performance management, eLearning, coaching, forecasting, scheduling, and feedback solutions.
  • Knowledge of organizational design, business approaches, hierarchy, and performance measurement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
