About the Role

The Business Department of Queensborough Community College is seeking applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor faculty position in the field of Marketing. The role involves teaching and research in Principles of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Research, and Integrated Marketing Communications. The candidate will perform teaching, research, and share responsibilities for committee and department assignments, including administrative and supervisory functions. Key Responsibilities

Perform teaching and research in areas of expertise related to marketing.
Share responsibilities for committee and department assignments.
Perform administrative, supervisory, and other functions as may be assigned.

Requirements

Ph.D. or equivalent from a regionally accredited college/university in Marketing or related field.
Demonstrated professional experience in the field of marketing.
Prior undergraduate teaching experience (in-person, hybrid, or fully online) in marketing and related topics.
Experience with curriculum development, program assessment, and service on committees.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Brightspace.
Ability to teach diverse student populations.
A record of recent publications, scholarly research, and grants is preferred.

Qualifications

Ph.D. or equivalent in Marketing or related field.
