Crocs is looking for an Associate Creative Designer, GTM to join our fast-paced, collaborative Global Creative Studio. The role involves supporting Brand and Product GTM campaigns, creating and conceptualizing 360 marketing campaigns across digital and out-of-home channels, and working closely with senior designers to produce assets for various channels including Social, Paid, PR, and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in high-level strategic thinking for both digital and print mediums.
  • Develop innovative visual designs across all customer touchpoints, from concept to production, encompassing both digital and print mediums.
  • Collaborate with Senior Design Leads in asset production.
  • Ensure designs adhere to brand standards while continuously exploring creative boundaries.
  • Manage multiple concurrent design projects simultaneously.
  • Create multiple assets for a given campaign, including onsite, email, landing pages, display ads, paid media, and print pieces such as packaging.
  • Maintain high design standards and manage work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Deliver files efficiently, promptly, and within approved deadlines.
  • Support brand initiatives diligently, regardless of scope.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar degree (e.g., Digital Design, Web Design).
  • 1 - 2 years related experience in Digital & Print Design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience creating GIFs and micro animations.
  • Takes initiative, is assertive, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to accept critique and feedback constructively.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Effective team player with the ability to work with cross-functional groups.
  • Willingness to support product launch needs during off-hours.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital and print campaign asset creation.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

  • Formal education in graphic or digital design.
