Key Responsibilities

  • Support the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Global Transit 'Tap & Go' product.
  • Assist in identifying new Transit verticals for Amex to enable, such as Connected-Car parking, tolls, and electrical vehicle charging.
  • Assist in the research of regulatory developments and provide preliminary input on analysis of potential implications to existing products.
  • Support in the documentation of as-is processes for product management, product enhancements, key findings, and standard methodologies.
  • Support in the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, prioritizing features and establishing timelines for product releases.
  • Partner closely with analytics team to provide input and prioritize analytics requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, and other stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and ensure timely delivery of features following agile methodologies.
  • Assist in identifying technical gaps and collaborate with broader teams to facilitate resolution of risks, opportunities, and changes tied to product management initiatives.
  • Maintain core critical metrics and understand competitive and internal positioning through market research.
  • Use analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve user experience.
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure product compliance, while maintaining awareness of industry trends to shape product features.
