About the Role

The Associate Director, Non-Commercial Marketing at Kraft Heinz Company is a leadership role dedicated to managing the National Accounts Customer Marketing Team within the US Away From Home (AFH) Business Unit. This position involves developing strategic channel priorities, creating marketing activations to support core brands and innovation launches, delivering go-to-market plans, and strengthening key external partnerships to drive growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the National Accounts Team in Away From Home, designing and implementing impactful marketing activations across all non-commercial segments.
  • Develop and co-create strategic marketing activations to support core brands and innovation launches.
  • Deliver go-to-market plans and strengthen key external partnerships to drive growth.
  • Nurture and drive a culture of mentorship across the immediate and extended team, developing and motivating people at multiple leadership levels.
  • Hire, train, and develop marketing teams and support cross-functional teams to build a multifaceted business.
  • Lead cross-functional peers and teams to deliver strategic thought leadership and accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to create business opportunities and make strategic and tactical recommendations.
  • Develop plans for execution and engagement with senior-level customer contacts, focusing on foodservice details.
  • Define the future and break down barriers through strategic insights, data capabilities, and innovative thinking.
  • Represent Kraft Heinz at key industry and customer events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA with a marketing focus is preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in multi-channel marketing, customer marketing, product management, or brand management, with foodservice experience a plus.
  • Proven leadership experience with direct reports, inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience developing external relationships with senior executives and influencing decision-making.
  • Experience managing strategic initiatives with P&L responsibility.
  • Strong ability to persuade and influence across organizations with credibility.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, capable of driving impactful results and championing innovative marketing solutions.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business, customer, and consumer needs.
  • Proactive problem solver with strategic thinking for complex challenges.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and perform trend analysis.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, AI, and marketing automation systems is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% for business purposes.
