We are seeking an Associate Director of Technology Product Management to lead a dynamic team of Technical Product Managers in a high-volume, high-velocity digital environment, focusing on B2C transactions, e-commerce, and customer journey optimization. This role involves defining product vision, roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Technical Product Managers to develop and execute product strategies.
  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution for digital commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and business units to deliver customer-centric software solutions.
  • Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful product development.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive innovation within the digital commerce space.
  • Develop and communicate clear product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Translate customer insights and feedback into actionable product features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.
  • PMC-VI or equivalent product certifications preferred.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in product management within a technology-driven environment.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role managing product teams and strategic initiatives.
  • Experience managing digital products from conception to launch, especially in digital commerce.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, software development processes, and digital architecture.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and market research in digital commerce.
  • Ability to develop and communicate product vision and strategy effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage ambiguity.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital commerce trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online retail.
  • Experience with service-oriented architecture and product analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; advanced degree preferred
  • PMC-VI or equivalent product certifications (preferred)
