Associate Director, Video Investment

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of Video media strategies, incorporating audience insights, custom data, and creative recommendations.
• Provide recommendations based on advanced data and analytics, creating multi-faceted, cross-channel partnerships aligned with client KPIs.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and excellent output of video plans, collaborating seamlessly with communications design, planning, digital, and analytics teams.
• Work closely with the Department Lead to develop best practices and contribute valuable insights to video campaign planning and management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Deep knowledge of the Video publisher, platform, and audience supplier ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience in Advanced TV, Digital Video, and Connected TV media buying.
• Advanced technical and negotiating skills.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and robust project management skills.
• Detailed knowledge of client business issues, consumer trends, and market dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business, or a related analytical field.

• Background in Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals.
