About the Role

The Associate eCommerce Business Analyst at Uline is responsible for analyzing website issues, user activity, and business trends to support the growth of uline.com, one of the largest eCommerce websites in the country. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop and validate website enhancements, with a focus on improving user experience and website usability. The position is on-site at Uline's corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer comments to identify website issues on uline.com and recommend enhancements.
Analyze user activity, website metrics, and business trends.
Work with the User Experience team to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements.
Document and perform weekly reporting tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, IT or a related field.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills. SQL a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
