Associate Manager, Brand Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Help manage an evergreen GTM editorial calendar informed by customer insights, seasonal trends, merchandise, and product rollouts.
• Support in the development of creative briefs, translating strategy into actionable direction for internal and external partners.
• Contribute to content plans that support omnichannel marketing strategies (social, email, paid, on-site).
• Collaborate with the fashion team to align seasonal assortment goals with brand storytelling.
• Support cross-functional project management of evergreen initiatives, including campaign and production timelines.
• Act as a liaison for brand partnerships internally and externally, from ideation to execution.
• Work with channel leads and production to coordinate shoot briefs that align with merchandising and growth priorities.
• Own weekly/monthly performance reporting and marketing recaps.
• Identify customer feedback and cultural trends, translating them into actionable insights for the broader team.
• Work closely with insights team and channel leads to gather and consolidate insights to inform quarterly marketing strategy.
• Participate in brainstorms to generate impactful, forward-thinking brand ideas.

Requirements

• Passionate about fashion, culture, and sustainability, with a finger on the pulse of industry trends.
• Collaborative and proactive, with experience navigating complex organizations or cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of how compelling storytelling fuels brand love, engagement, and growth.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with obsessive attention to detail.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, quick to pivot, and energized by creative problem-solving.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and manage priorities effectively.
• Experience working with creative or production teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Figma, Google Analytics, and Looker is a plus.
