Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute innovative and tactical digital plans that align with brand and business objectives.
  • Evaluate and assess vendors using proprietary research tools and industry knowledge.
  • Implement and sustain processes to ensure the successful execution of all digital products and contribute to the growth of the client and agency business.
  • Stay abreast of the digital marketplace activity through constant analysis and education to thoroughly understand the digital world and client business.
  • Seek out and develop cooperative relationships with multiple business counterparts including Strategy and Research Teams, Creative Agencies, and Digital Vendors.
  • Investigate unique opportunities to reach the target consumer and provide recommendations and alternatives for digital media tools.
  • Be accountable for results and reporting, including execution of media plans, measuring media performance, optimizing campaigns, and offering tactical alternatives based on client needs.
  • Mentor junior staff by delegating responsibilities, creating timelines, providing feedback, and supporting their development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of digital buying experience.
  • Substantial knowledge of multiple digital media platforms and passion for the digital space.
  • Fundamentals of digital analytics including tracking, tagging, data management platform activation, dynamic creative, programmatic buying, and remarketing.
  • Proficiency with trafficking and reporting tools relevant to digital advertising, such as DoubleClick DART, comScore Media Metrix, AdRelevance, Donovan Data Systems, MediaOcean Prisma, and equivalents.
  • Competency in Digital Advertising Account Management and Production processes.
  • Strong knowledge of and skill using syndicated interactive research applications and ad serving tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient mathematical abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets for trends and translate insights into actionable learnings.
  • Desire to influence and educate junior talent with patience and clarity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cross-platform digital advertising landscape.
  • Experience with data management platforms (DMP) and dynamic creative optimization.
  • Familiarity with programmatic buying and remarketing strategies.
