Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Associate Director or Account Director to set the strategic tone and direction for planning deliverables.
  • Assist in the development of important plans, projects, or presentations to the client.
  • Manage a planning team, including skills development, evaluating performance, and supporting growth.
  • Develop insights and use data to support strategic thinking.
  • Leverage data for reporting, defining strategies, defending strategies, and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Approach situations with energy and interest, displaying passion for pop culture, trends, and consumer motivations.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to achieve deliverables and develop team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally and with clients, practicing understanding and a desire to do what's best for the team and the client.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in media strategy, planning, or digital activation.
  • Passion for sports and sports media; golf experience is a plus.
  • Ability to guide campaign strategy from start to finish.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external teams.
  • Ability to delegate tasks and mentor associates.

Nice to Have

  • Experience or interest in pop culture and consumer trends.
  • Experience managing or leading a team.
