About the Role

The Associate Manager, Social Intelligence, plays a pivotal role in Keurig Dr Pepper's growing Social Listening and Operations program. Partnering with iconic brands like Keurig, Dr Pepper, Green Mountain Coffee, and Snapple, this role helps transform real-time consumer and cultural conversations into insights that inform brand strategy, marketing execution, and business decision-making. You will serve as both strategist and practitioner—writing complex Boolean queries, analyzing social data, and creating compelling, visually driven reports that inspire action across brand, communications, and marketing teams. With a passion for emerging media, cultural trends, and digital storytelling, you will help establish KDP as a leader in social intelligence and consumer-centric marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Social Intelligence & Operations to execute and scale KDP's Social Listening strategy, ensuring brands stay ahead of cultural trends and consumer sentiment.
  • Lead the design and execution of social listening projects, developing Boolean queries, dashboards, and alerting systems that surface relevant insights.
  • Translate complex social data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform brand strategy, marketing campaigns, crisis response, and reputation management.
  • Develop visually compelling reports and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Monitor and identify potential risks, cultural moments, and emerging opportunities to inform proactive engagement and content strategy.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on social intelligence platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Meltwater, Netbase, Sprout, Khoros), advising on best practices and innovations in workflow and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Communications, Insights, and Digital to ensure insights are integrated into decision-making.
  • Champion the use of data-driven insights across the organization, helping stakeholders adopt social listening for smarter, faster, and more informed business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or analytics, ideally within a large consumer brand or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social listening platforms and Boolean query writing.
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret large, complex data sets and surface actionable insights.
  • Skilled in data visualization and storytelling, with proven ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive, curious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Forums, Blogs, etc.) and digital trends.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with social intelligence platforms such as Sprinklr, Meltwater, Netbase, Sprout, or Khoros.
  • Knowledge of emerging media and digital storytelling techniques.
  • Experience in consumer brand marketing or agency environments.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, or analytics.
