Join The New York Times as an entrepreneurial and collaborative Associate Growth Marketing Manager within our Growth Marketing team. You will help achieve subscription growth and revenue targets across our diverse product portfolio (News, Cooking, Wirecutter, The Athletic, and Audio). You will report to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing. The role involves developing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels to optimize performance and improve growth, requiring a motivated, analytical, and creative marketer with digital media experience and an understanding of the subscription business model. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, working three days per week from our New York City headquarters.
