As an Associate Online Marketing Lead within PNC's Marketing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently implements and manages a broader set of defined market programs/initiatives.
  • Leverages a strong comprehension of marketing strategies, contributes to thought leadership, and builds consensus across the partnership resulting in increased rigor around program/initiative execution.
  • Develops and executes complex marketing programs/initiatives and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications.
  • Proactively collects and synthesizes data to identify trends and understand strategic and tactical implications.
  • Ensures all operating activities are delivered within the established budget framework.
  • Implements and oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners.
  • Partners with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.

Requirements

  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • Skills in advertising, content marketing, digital marketing, marketing programs, and marketing strategies.
  • Competencies in business acumen, business data analysis, collaborating, decision making and critical thinking, effective communications, effectiveness measurement, marketing function, marketing systems, and matrix management.
  • Ability to independently manage complex marketing initiatives and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • Certifications are often desired but not required.
