We are hiring an Associate Product Manager to focus on data capabilities that support our CRM orchestration platforms. This role is at the intersection of data engineering, marketing technology, and marketing operations, working cross-functionally to define, prioritize, and deliver data that fuels campaign targeting, segmentation, and personalization to enhance customer experiences across web, app, email, and SMS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with data platform, data engineering, and marketing tech teams to define and deliver real-time and batch customer data for CRM use cases
  • Own data-related product requirements and prioritization to support segmentation, journey orchestration, and signal-based targeting

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing stakeholders to validate data availability, quality, and usability
  • Write user stories and contribute to backlog planning for customer data capabilities within CRM and marketing systems
  • Partner with analytics and reporting teams to ensure data is structured to support downstream measurement, reporting, and experimentation

Requirements

  • Have 0-2 years of product management, analytics, or technical project experience, ideally within MarTech, AdTech, or data platforms
  • Are naturally curious and comfortable asking "what's missing?" or "how does this work?"
  • Understand customer lifecycle data and how it flows into personalization or CRM platforms
  • Are confident working with technical partners to define data requirements
  • Can translate ambiguous use cases into structured inputs and know how to prioritize trade-offs
  • Have some exposure to tools like Segment, mParticle, Amperity, or similar CDPs, or CRM tools like Adobe, MoEngage, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with evolving priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools like Segment, mParticle, Amperity, or similar CDPs
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Adobe, MoEngage, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive base salary and compensation package
  • Annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k)
  • Access to free, year-round money coaches
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Flexible spending account, paid time off, up to 12 paid holidays
  • Paid parental and family leave, family building benefits, back-up care, childcare subsidy
