As a Digital Product Manager Lead Senior within PNC's Digital organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Philadelphia. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field daily (five days a week). As a Digital Product Manager Lead Senior on the Mobile team, you will be responsible for leading efforts to create a world-class experience for the PNC Mobile app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the strategy and execution of PNC's digital mobile app.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve PNC's mobile app and work with product and engineering teams to deliver from inception through launch.
  • Driving digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
  • Monitoring the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and results in order to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences.
  • Prioritizing and making decisions on digital experience enhancements and driving business case development.
  • Developing and designing features of new or existing digital experiences to take advantage of market needs or opportunities.
  • Managing the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing, and other internal and external partners to ensure digital experiences meet strategic goals.
  • Supporting risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense.
  • Driving business, financial, and customer experience results of products and recommending modifications to improve outcomes.
  • Coaching and coordinating with Product Managers and Associates.

Requirements

  • A strong product management background with successful experience carrying an idea through the product management lifecycle.
  • Experience working with an agile team including engineering and design as a product owner.
  • Critical thinking, detail orientation, and analytical skills.
  • Passion for delivering quality customer experience and getting things done.
  • Strong leadership skills with initiative and ability to move projects forward in uncertain or ambiguous situations.
  • Experience with Jira and Figma.

  • Experience with launching a Bank and/or Fintech's Mobile App.
  • Digital product management experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Industry relevant experience of 8+ years.
  • No required certifications or licenses.
