Associate Product Manager- Mystery Programs

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data for product assortments, including line list management, variable data creation, and assortment collation.
• Create Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) for all Under Wraps products and packaging and communicate SKU information to cross-functional partners.
• Submit artwork to leagues and players associations to obtain rights for use.
• Manage communication and logistics of product pick-ups and deliveries to/from the fulfillment center.
• Oversee finished product quality control with advanced attention to detail.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting sales performance across all distribution channels.
• Work closely with internal teams including Product, Design, Marketing, and Fulfillment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with external partners such as sports leagues, associations, and printing partners.
• Work well under pressure to meet time constraints for product launches.
• Assist in fulfillment center operations as needed.

Requirements

• Broad sports knowledge.
• Superior communication skills, including articulate speech, proper business writing, and active listening.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to understand management and league requests.
• Ability to meet goals and maintain high productivity levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and ensure work accuracy.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage correspondence effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
• Advanced Excel knowledge is a plus.
• General Adobe Acrobat knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
